Our hats are crafted from premium materials such as wool, cotton, leather, and polyester blends. Each product description provides specific details about the materials used in each style.

3. Are Mrado hats suitable for all seasons?
We offer a wide range of hats suitable for different seasons, including breathable, lightweight hats for summer and warm, insulated options for winter. Check the product description for specific seasonal suitability.

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept digital wallets like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely to ensure your information is safe.

5. Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s placed?
Orders can be modified or canceled if they have not yet been processed for shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@mrado.shop if you need to make changes. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can initiate a return.

7. Where do you ship to?
We offer free shipping to France and the United Arab Emirates. We are continually exploring the possibility of expanding our shipping regions.

The total delivery time is between 7 to 15 business days (Monday to Friday). Our handling time is 1 to 3 business days, and the order cut-off time is 05:00 PM (Monday to Friday). Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors.

9. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your order status either on our website or through the carrier’s tracking page.
